Battery Room Construction ServicesWhen constructing a Lithium Ion Battery Plant, a portion of the facility is required to be dry and/or clean. Several Lithium Ion battery assembly steps require cleanroom assembly and/or cleaning areas and packaging areas due to the need to insure the substrates do not add or contribute contamination to the process.  Because of the reactive nature of the moisture in the air during  the lithium battery manufacturing, most lithium battery require a dry room. The specific requirements for each dry room varies the dry room but lieky will have something near to the following parameters:

  • Class 10,000 (ISO Class 7) to Class 1000 (ISO Class 6)
  • <1% to 10% Relative Humidity
  • Dew Point of -40 to -50 degrees Fahrenheit or lower
